What this site collects
The only information this website asks for is what you type into our question form: your name, phone number, email address and your message. We use it to answer you, and nothing else. We don't sell it, rent it or share it for advertising.
Please don't send detailed health information or anything urgent through the form. It is ordinary email, not a secure medical channel. For anything urgent or private, call us at (469) 929-9370.
Other services involved
- Online scheduling is run by our practice software provider. When you book, you leave this site and their privacy terms apply.
- Google Maps supplies the map on our contact page, and loading it tells Google you viewed the page.
- Website hosting keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and reliability.
- Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.
Cookies
This site doesn't set advertising or tracking cookies, and there's no analytics tracking on it today. If that changes, we'll update this page first.
Your dental records
Your health information is protected by HIPAA. Our Notice of Privacy Practices explains how we use and disclose it, and your rights to see, correct and request a copy of your records. Ask at the front desk for a copy, or call us and we'll send one.
Children
This website isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from them through it. A parent or guardian books and attends appointments for patients under 18.
